Bangladesh has the longest sea beach in the world which is famous for its long natural sandy beach. People from different countries of the world come to watch its beautiful natural scenery.

Bangladesh is the country that blesses us with greenery. It has the largest mangrove forest in the world Sundarbans which has a lot of beautiful sundry and gewa tree species. It is also a home to Royal Bengal Tiger.

The fields full of green crops and golden paddy present a panoramic view in Bangladesh. Numerous trees of different sizes enhance its beauty. Fruits and flowers of different colors, sweet smell and charm have also added beauty to the country. Bangladesh is blessed with the most enchanting natural beauty in each of her natural regions such as Rangamati, Khagrachori, Bandarban, Kaptai, Sylhet, Moinamati, Sonagaon etc. The scenery of these places is so charming and attractive that there is always a rush of tourists and visitors in these places from home and abroad throughout the year.

Bangladesh is a colorful country of six shades. The six shades, that is, the six seasons of Bangladesh are summer, rainy season, autumn, late autumn, winter, and spring. Let us enjoy her six shades. Summer consists of Baishakh and Jaishtho in Bengali months. The first day of Baishakh is celebrated nationwide as the first day of Bengali New Year known as Pohela Baishakh. People wearing red and white dresses start this day by eating Panta Bhat, Hilsha fish and different kinds of Bhorta. Haal Khata is celebrated on this day by Bengali shopkeepers and traders in rural areas by opening a new ledger. The main attraction of Pohela Baishakh is Baishakhi fair which is attended by people of all regions, and diversified cultures. Different kinds of traditional foods such as Batasha, Khoi, Soan Papdi, Jilapi, and Kadma are sold in this fair. Nagordola is also set in this fair. The soil cracks and water starts to dry up in summer due to extreme heat. Kalbaishakhi storm attacks Bangladesh in this season which causes a lot of damage every year. In spite of all this, the best thing about summer is that some of the most delicious foods are only available in this year. We will fall in love with a single bite of Mango, Jackfruit, Litchi, Watermelon and Blackberry. Gorgeous flowers like Roses, China rose, Jasmine makes the summer attractive.

After the scorching heat of summer, the rain season comes as a blessing of god. The trees look greener and the rivers are at their full tide. The dried up nature gets rejuvenated. But in rainy season, excessive rainfall wash away mile of lowlands. In spite of this, people get a relief from the scorching heat of summer in rainy season and they enjoy its romantic weather. The rivers which are the main attraction of Bangladesh are in full flow in rainy season.

In autumn, the clouds start to move away and the sky looks brighter again. We will be mesmerized by the beauty of blue sky, green paddy fields and crystal clear water. The nature becomes colorful by numerous flowers. The moonlight nights in autumns are very special.

The paddy harvesting season is the late autumn in Bangladesh. The color of the paddy field looks like a golden carpet here. ‘Nobanno Utshob’ takes place on the eve of cutting the old paddy and replanting the new ones. The weather is so soothing in late autumn. The natural beauty of Bangladesh is at its peak in Bangladesh.

After the comfortable weather of autumn comes the icy cold winter. The foggy and smoky winter morning looks really beautiful. Dates, Palm juices and Jaggery are the main attraction of this season. Different kinds of tasty cakes like Vapa pitha, Chitoi pitha with different kinds of bhorta and Vijano pitha are made in this season. The most delicious vegetables like tomato, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach and broccoli are found in this season.

Spring is known as the king of all seasons. The weather is comfortable again after the extreme cold of winter. Flowers bloom and small leaves grow on trees. Butterflies and bees add beauty to the nature. Many festivals are arranged throughout the whole seasons.

Bangladesh is a colorful, evergreen, and vibrant country with six shades. It is the blessed child of nature. Here, every season is blessed with endless natural beauties. I love my county and I am proud of my country.
